AI Automation Engineer

About the role

CreatorIQ is looking for an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and ship internal AI‑powered tools that accelerate the go‑to‑market organization. You will translate ambiguous business requests into reliable software and automate workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end internal applications and AI‑driven automations using modern tools such as Claude Code, Vercel, and Dokploy.
• Orchestrate cross‑system workflows in n8n, connecting Salesforce, Snowflake, HubSpot, Slack and other services via APIs and webhooks.
• Query, model, and move data between Salesforce and Snowflake, writing SQL and ensuring data integrity for dashboards and AI pipelines.
• Implement LLM‑powered agents for research, enrichment, summarization and content generation, applying prompt engineering and API integrations.
• Partner with GTM teams to identify inefficiencies, document solutions, train users and continuously improve the automation ecosystem.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience building internal tools, automations or SaaS software.
• Hands‑on expertise with the modern automation and AI stack, including n8n, Vercel, Dokploy, Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Strong data and API skills, confident in writing SQL and integrating webhooks.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resourceful builder who can translate technical work into plain language for non‑technical stakeholders.
