AIOps Product Owner

About the role

m3rs is hiring an AIOps Product Owner in Guararema, Brazil. The role acts as Squad Lead and Product Owner for an AIOps platform, owning its end-to-end lifecycle and driving automation, observability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Squad leadership: manage and groom the backlog, run two-week sprints and lead ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Product vision: own the product lifecycle from discovery to deployment, turn telemetry into business KPIs and work with Evolution, Governance and Platform teams on performance, capacity and security standards.
• Automation and reliability: champion the self-healing roadmap, reduce MTTR and eliminate recurring incidents, while keeping an eye on AI/ML tooling and observability trends.
• FinOps and vendor governance: support cost tracking and ROI on the AIOps platform, oversee third-party vendors against SLAs, and help drive platform adoption across business units.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager or Squad Lead delivering enterprise IT operations, infrastructure or platform tools.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Nice to have: Agile or Scrum certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe), cloud infrastructure background (Azure, GCP) and SRE concepts.
