About the role

Infosys Brazil is looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst to join its operations team in Sao Paulo. The role will support indirect (OPEX & CAPEX) procurement activities, focusing on sourcing, supplier management and cost‑saving initiatives across the LATAM market.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse procurement data.
• Set up suppliers in the internal procurement tool.
• Create and manage bidding forms in line with Category Management Plans.
• Run “what‑if” scenarios to maximise savings.
• Activate and adjust rates and supplier contracts as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Commerce, Business, International Affairs or Engineering.
• Senior experience in indirect procurement, preferably within the LATAM market.
• Proven experience in sourcing, planning and execution of MRO categories such as industrial services, spare parts, utilities, equipment rental, consulting, catering, chemicals and personnel transportation.
