Assistente Administrativo (Medições)

About the role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Measurements area of our sanitation project in Pernambuco. The role provides operational assistance for contract measurement processes, documentation handling and supplier payment coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and control documentation used in the measurement process.
• Receive and verify documents from operational teams and suppliers.
• Support preliminary analysis of service delivery evidence.
• Assist in reviewing contracts, pricing and validity periods.
• Create and update internal controls for the area.
• Support the issuance of payment orders in SAP under analyst guidance.
• Monitor approval status of payment requests.
• Assist in integrating invoices and maintaining up‑to‑date records of contracts, measurements and payments.
• Identify and organize pending items to meet established deadlines.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to the measurement process.

Required profile

• Completed high school.
• Technical course or ongoing higher education in Administration, Accounting, Management Processes or related fields (preferred).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Experience with routine administrative tasks.
