Associate Legal Counsel – DHL São Paulo (Hybrid)

About the role

DHL is looking for an experienced legal professional to join its São Paulo team. The Associate Legal Counsel will support the company’s commercial and operational activities, ensuring compliance with Brazilian law and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise managers on legal compliance for current and proposed business activities.
• Review legal analyses and recommend actions to senior management.
• Draft, review, and approve contracts, agreements, and other commercial documents.
• Represent DHL in complex legal proceedings before courts and government agencies.
• Prepare materials for external counsel and guide junior legal staff.
• Conduct legal research, manage intellectual‑property matters, and maintain legal records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• Advanced proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
