Legal Counsel Associate

About the role

DHL is looking for a Legal Counsel Associate to support its operations in Brazil. You will work closely with business units to ensure compliance with laws and protect the company's commercial interests.

Key responsibilities

• Advise managers on legal compliance for current and proposed activities.
• Review legal analyses and recommend actions to senior management.
• Review and approve contracts, agreements, and other commercial documents.
• Represent DHL in complex legal proceedings before courts and government agencies.
• Prepare and review materials for external counsel.
• Guide junior legal professionals and resolve their issues.
• Perform legal consulting, IP law, research, drafting, contract negotiation, and records management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• Advanced proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
