Catering Assistant – Lake Paradise Resort

About the role

Join the vibrant team at Club Med Lake Paradise Resort as a Catering Assistant. You will play a key part in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our food and beverage areas, ensuring guests enjoy a safe and pleasant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize and disinfect kitchens, back‑office areas, bars, restaurants, washrooms and garbage rooms.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals (TDC) and detergents for the Food & Beverage department.
• Participate in inventory checks and alert the manager to any supply needs.
• Maintain and clean equipment in the garbage rooms of the Food & Beverage department.
• Empty, evacuate and clean waste containers in compliance with health and safety standards.
