Communications Specialist – Brazil Transportation Execution

About the role

The Communications Specialist will join the Brazil Transportation Execution team to design and deliver internal communications that raise awareness of key initiatives and drive registration for high‑visibility events. Working closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will create engaging content that informs and excites Amazon’s delivery network in Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Support the communications and marketing work stream for Brazil Transportation Execution, ensuring alignment with stakeholder groups.
• Develop end‑to‑end communication plans that outline deliverables, owners, and deadlines.
• Apply creative marketing tactics to generate program awareness and encourage attendee actions.
• Maintain a team‑wide calendar of internal events and execution‑hosted activities.
• Write compelling copy for briefing documents, emails, web pages, and instructional content such as registration and travel booking guides.
• Execute communication strategies across channels including all‑hands meetings, newsletters, and chat groups.

Required profile

• Experience in stakeholder management and communication management.
• Proven ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
