Corporate Lawyer – Contracts & Legal Advisory

About the role

Sirva Worldwide Relocation and Moving is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to provide internal legal advice and support across contracts and corporate law. The role combines strategic legal guidance with hands‑on contract management in a fast‑moving, global relocation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide internal legal advice on contracts, corporate matters, and labor legislation.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts including supply, service, and confidentiality agreements.
• Monitor legal processes from administrative to judicial phases.
• Conduct legal research, prepare opinions, and keep the company updated on relevant legislation.
• Assist in the management and organization of legal documents.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver timely legal support.
• Prepare and issue documents requested by the legal manager.
• Control contract terms and lead negotiations with clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience handling contracts in multinational companies.
• Registered lawyer (OAB) with a strong understanding of corporate and labor law.
• Agile, resilient, and patient with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Leadership, ownership, and accountability.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
