About the role
Wise is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our users. You will resolve complex queries across phone, chat and email, ensuring a smooth experience while upholding Wise’s mission of borderless money.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver world‑class assistance via phone, chat and email, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
- Apply sound judgment and empathy to handle inquiries with minimal escalation.
- Meet performance targets such as resolution rate, quality score and handling time.
- Maintain accurate records and follow security and data‑privacy procedures.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini) to boost efficiency and problem‑solving.
- Act as a culture carrier, embodying Wise’s values in daily interactions.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of customer‑facing experience, preferably in fintech, banking, telecom or a global contact centre.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Eligibility to work in Brazil.
- Willingness to attend on‑site training in São Paulo for the first month.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AI prompting tools such as ChatGPT.
- Proficiency with AI prompting tools such as Google Gemini.
