Digital Customer Service Analyst – Mid/Senior

About the role

Join Bosch's new Digital Customer Service Hub in Brazil, supporting Mobility Aftermarket operations in North America. You will help build digital processes, implement AI‑driven tools, and drive continuous improvement in a data‑rich environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer requests via email, chat, self‑service platforms and back‑office processes.
• Ensure cases are resolved efficiently, accurately and with a strong customer focus.
• Support problem resolution, case follow‑up and escalation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process design, automation and KPI analysis to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Experience in customer service, operations, process support or automation.
• Previous exposure to international or global companies is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Residence in the Campinas region with availability to work onsite three days per week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Power BI for data visualization.
• Familiarity with digital tools powered by Artificial Intelligence.
