About the role
We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant who will support our leadership team while also handling key HR and administrative functions. Based in Florianópolis with hybrid flexibility, you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level executive administrative support, including calendar management, appointment scheduling and travel coordination.
- Assist HR processes such as onboarding, record maintenance and coordination of HR activities.
- Prepare, process and analyse expense reports to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Coordinate internal communications and act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain efficient office operations, including supplies management and facilities coordination.
- Support leadership with ad‑hoc organizational tasks and project follow‑up.
Required profile
- Proven experience in executive administrative assistance with strong calendar and scheduling skills.
- Familiarity with core HR functions, including onboarding and record keeping.
- Experience generating and analysing expense reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in office software and collaboration tools.
