FBS Associate Power Platform Developer

About the role

FBS (Farmer Business Services), part of Farmers' operations, is looking for an Associate Power Platform Developer. The role supports the back-end maintenance and build of HR support applications, with a focus on FBS processes and automation needs. It is a full-time position with Capgemini acting as Employer of Record, handling local payroll and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Build custom Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps and portals tailored to business requirements
• Design and deploy automated cloud and desktop workflows with Power Automate to remove manual tasks
• Connect and structure data across Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365 and external REST APIs
• Create interactive dashboards and data visualisations with Power BI
• Apply ALM practices, security compliance rules and DLP policies
• Work alongside cross-functional teams

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience with Power Platform tools
• Great communication skills
