About the role
FBS (Farmer Business Services), part of Farmers' operations, is looking for an Associate Power Platform Developer. The role supports the back-end maintenance and build of HR support applications, with a focus on FBS processes and automation needs. It is a full-time position with Capgemini acting as Employer of Record, handling local payroll and benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Build custom Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps and portals tailored to business requirements
- Design and deploy automated cloud and desktop workflows with Power Automate to remove manual tasks
- Connect and structure data across Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365 and external REST APIs
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualisations with Power BI
- Apply ALM practices, security compliance rules and DLP policies
- Work alongside cross-functional teams
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience with Power Platform tools
- Great communication skills

- PCF controls and API integrations
- Nice to have: Gems and Copilot Studio
