Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our branch in Santos, Brazil. The role requires a strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on approach, acting as a business partner to the Country Manager and the VP of Finance while supporting growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full financial management of the branch, overseeing accounting, treasury, reporting and internal controls.
• Ensure accurate monthly closings and timely financial statements for headquarters.
• Maintain full tax, labor and regulatory compliance.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and key financial indicators (KPIs).
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across the finance function.

Required profile

• Solid experience in finance and accounting with a strategic business vision.
• Ability to work autonomously and execute in dynamic environments.
• Must reside in or near Santos.
