About the role
The IQVIA Translation Services team is looking for freelance translators who translate life sciences content from English into Portuguese (Brazil). You will work with a global industry leader to deliver content in the target language and market quickly and effectively. Permanent positions may also be considered for qualified candidates.
Required profile
- Native fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- At least 1 year of experience translating, reviewing and editing life sciences content, including clinical trial documents, clearly described in the CV
- A university degree in translation or linguistics and at least 2 years of translation experience, or no degree and at least 5 years of translation experience
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and independently
- Prior experience with a translation and localisation company is desirable but not essential
Required skills
- Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools is a must
