Growth Marketing Specialist - Brazil

About the role

AMBOSS, a medical learning and clinical decision support tool founded in 2012 and now active in over 180 countries, is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist for Brazil. You will drive AMBOSS's expansion in one of its highest-growth international markets, combining global strategy with local execution and owning the build, test and scale of hyper-localized campaigns tailored to Brazil's medical education system and digital landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Build a strong understanding of the Brazil market, including the local exam system, education structures and the difference between students and physicians.
• Adapt global messaging to local cultural and linguistic contexts so it fits regional needs and behaviours.
• Plan and run multichannel campaigns across CRM, paid social, SEM, SEO and organic social, using channels such as Meta and WhatsApp.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns, using data to improve acquisition, activation and retention.
• Manage projects end to end and work cross-functionally with global teams to align efforts and build scalable best practices for Brazil.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in Brazil.
• Strong understanding of multichannel marketing and region-specific channel dynamics (Meta, WhatsApp).
• Experience developing marketing strategies, including positioning, value propositions and localized messaging.
• Analytical mindset able to work with limited data; comfortable being both strategic and operational in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
