Hospitality Operations & Infrastructure Venue Manager

About the role

The Hospitality Operations & Infrastructure Venue Manager will support FIFA’s Women’s World Cup 2027 by overseeing hospitality infrastructure and technical operations across all tournament venues, eventually taking a fixed position at the Rio de Janeiro stadium during the event.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise implementation of stadium hospitality infrastructure requirements and technical operations for all venues.
• Manage operational readiness and delivery of affiliate and commercial hospitality programmes.
• Maintain and create operational and infrastructure documentation.
• Coordinate with the Official Hospitality Provider (OHP), stadium authorities, and FIFA functional areas to ensure compliance.
• Oversee on‑site management of OHP, suppliers, and hospitality volunteers.
• Validate operational plans from service‑providing departments (cleaning, security, medical, IT, etc.).
• Ensure excellent service delivery to FIFA affiliates and monitor set‑up through match‑day execution.
• Guarantee contractual deliverables to commercial affiliates and OHP.
• Manage on‑site hospitality guest experience and ensure health and safety regulations are met.
