Junior Technical Support Analyst – Manufacturing IT

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Analyst to provide L2 and L3 support for manufacturing infrastructure. The role focuses on maintaining hardware, software, and network devices that keep production lines running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for PCs, HMIs, printers, scanners, and network devices used in manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
• Assist in setup, configuration, and maintenance of production‑related IT infrastructure.
• Support factory systems such as MES, SCADA, and ERP interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to minimise downtime.
• Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 0–2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Basic knowledge of networking, Windows operating systems, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Intermediate English; intermediate Spanish is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
