Junior Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Fifty5Blue is looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join its LATAM team. You will help monitor production environments, ensure data‑capture quality and provide first‑level assistance to partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production environments in real time across the LATAM region.
• Test and certify data‑capture and storage equipment to maintain quality at Capture sites.
• Provide first‑level support for low‑ and medium‑complexity issues to partners and CS teams.
• Guarantee image capture quality and guide technicians, partners and antenna installers when preventive actions are needed.

Required profile

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Technical knowledge of computer networks and intermediate‑level hardware.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical support, hardware or network maintenance.
• Completed technical course in IT or a related field.
• Availability to work a 6‑day schedule (14:00‑23:00), remote after two months of training.
• Preferred: degree in Information Systems, intermediate Spanish, basic RF knowledge, ITIL best‑practice certification.
