LATAM Sales Internship – Brazil

About the role

Join Salesforce’s LATAM Internship Program as a Sales Intern in Brazil. You will work with a dynamic Business Development team, gaining hands‑on experience in prospecting, lead generation, and the full sales cycle across the Latin American market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture Partner Leads, coordinating with consulting partners to ensure smooth hand‑over and progression.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and website traffic using the Customer 360 platform.
• Conduct outbound outreach – cold calls, emails, and social media – to build pipeline across multiple segments.
• Collaborate with SDRs and Sales Executives to schedule discovery meetings and deliver live product demonstrations.
• Research target accounts, identify key contacts, and develop personalized outreach strategies.
• Track prospecting activity in Salesforce CRM and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree graduating between June 2027 and December 2027.
• Intermediate English proficiency and strong written and verbal communication.
• Enthusiasm for a career in sales and technology.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform knowledge.
• Familiarity with Customer 360.
• Use of AI‑enabled sales tools.
