Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support a growing restaurant franchise network in Brazil. The role is remote‑first and aligned with U.S. business hours, acting as the bridge between multiple locations, leadership, and operational systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage core operational systems such as POS, LMS, delivery platforms, CRM and project‑management tools, ensuring data accuracy across all sites.
• Review daily inputs from franchise locations, identify issues, and escalate operational risks in real time.
• Monitor inventory submissions and data integrity, following up with stakeholders to resolve inconsistencies.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures in partnership with operations leadership.
• Consolidate employee feedback and operational data into weekly reports for leadership review.
• Provide administrative support to the CEO and leadership team, including calendar management, inbox organization, meeting notes and task tracking.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of experience in operations, coordination, account management or similar fast‑paced environments.
• Strong English communication skills (C1/C2 level, written and spoken).
• Experience with multi‑location or franchise‑style operations.
• Proactive problem‑solver with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Project‑management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana or Monday.com.
• Point‑of‑sale systems (e.g., Toast POS) and inventory management tools.
• Learning Management Systems (LMS) and delivery platform integrations.
• CRM tools and SOP documentation tools.
