Partner Associate

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Partner Associate in Sao Paulo. The role acts as a trusted advisor to partners, overseeing partner events and projects and monitoring partner performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners by understanding their needs and objectives and delivering solutions aligned with Fever's expertise.
• Oversee the lifecycle of partner events and projects, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance teams and tracking progress.
• Monitor partner performance through KPIs and data analysis, preparing regular reports on achievements and improvement opportunities.
• Work with internal teams to solve challenges and raise partner satisfaction, and gather partner feedback to recommend improvements to products, marketing and operations.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in project management or consulting.
• Fluent English and Portuguese; another language is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build positive working relationships.
• Analytical, solutions-oriented and organized, able to handle multiple workstreams.
• Proactive, curious and collaborative, with strategic thinking and use of data to make decisions.
