Partnerships, Webinars & Events Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Partnerships, Webinars & Events Manager to lead end‑to‑end programs for our two brands, Darkroom and Shadow. This remote position works with a team in the EST time zone and includes travel to New York for events.

Key responsibilities

• Design, produce and promote regular webinar series and lead‑magnet events for both brands.
• Plan and execute company events, from NYC office gatherings to conference activations, handling run‑of‑show, venues, AV, vendors and on‑site management.
• Create sponsorship packages, sell them to brands and partners, and deliver the promised deliverables.
• Develop partner and co‑marketing programs with ad platforms, commerce and marketing tools, including joint guides and webinars.
• Identify, invite and prep guests for webinars, podcasts and hosted series.
• Pitch stories to journalists, secure press coverage and book executives on external podcasts, panels and stages.
• Capture every registrant and attendee, ensuring each program generates qualified leads.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience running webinars, events or B2B marketing partnerships with a focus on lead generation.
• Proven track record of building and selling sponsorship packages for events or webinars.
• Hands‑on experience producing events from concept through follow‑up, including venue selection and vendor coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to pitch press, secure speakers and manage media appearances.
• Strong commercial sense and ability to manage networks of partners, sponsors and guests.
