Product Owner – Data

About the role

As a Product Owner focused on data at PALO IT, you will bridge local market needs with global product strategy. You will work closely with Product Managers, Global Product Owners and cross‑functional data teams to turn country‑specific insights into actionable features and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate country‑specific product strategies, business requirements and data insights into well‑defined features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own the local product backlog, ensuring alignment with the global roadmap, data requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews of product performance, KPIs, user behavior and business results, using data‑driven insights to adjust priorities.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, BI and Analytics teams to define metrics, reporting needs and measurement frameworks.
• Work with local development, design, marketing and data teams to manage dependencies and support successful product delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Proven experience partnering with data and analytics teams to inform product strategy.
• Strong ability to analyze product performance metrics, interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Experience working with multicultural teams and sensitivity to country‑specific business needs.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
