Recruiter (US Commission) – Remote, English Required

About the role

Plona Partners is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support US‑based legal placements. The role is fully remote from Brazil and requires advanced English proficiency. You will work closely with senior recruiters to source, screen, and place candidates while earning commission on successful hires.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage hiring campaigns on LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and Bullhorn.
• Conduct cold‑calling outreach to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Format and polish candidate resumes to match company standards.
• Prescreen candidates to assess fit for open legal positions.
• Handle 1‑3 open positions simultaneously across diverse markets.
• Collaborate with recruiters throughout the interview and placement process.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with advanced reading and writing skills.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication abilities.
