Sales Consultant - Biosimilars

About the role

Celltrion Healthcare, part of the Celltrion Group, provides biosimilar and innovative biopharmaceutical medicines to patients worldwide. As a specialist consultant, you will work with the medical community to promote available therapeutic options and position Celltrion Healthcare as a reference company in biological medicines. You will cover the region of operation, handling visits, sales and demand generation.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out medical visits, sales and demand generation for products in the assigned region.
• Take part in negotiations and be responsible for the whole sales process.
• Manage the main accounts strategically, monitoring stocks, possible stockouts and discounts on promoted products, and act to reach or exceed targets.
• Keep the medical CRM tool up to date and ensure potential health professionals are on the visitation panel.
• Share advanced knowledge of competitors, clients and the patient journey with internal areas, proposing new ideas, actions and projects.
• Influence the decision-making of doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics and institutions.
• Analyse product and customer performance using reports and other data sources.
• Plan and promote scientific events and promotions with marketing and medical teams, suggesting speakers and themes.
• Follow all legal and pharmacovigilance norms and procedures.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pharmacy or Business, plus a postgraduate course.
• Experience in Gastroenterology and Rheumatology preferred.
• Proactive, planner, results-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills.
