Senior Accountant & Financial Analyst

About the role

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Senior Accountant & Financial Analyst to lead accounting consolidation and harmonisation across its global subsidiaries. The role ensures accurate financial records, compliance with corporate policies, and provides insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions at the holding-company level.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee accounting processes for subsidiaries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, accruals and month-end close.
• Support the consolidation of financial statements and management reporting, enhancing accuracy and transparency across entities.
• Act as liaison between the holding company and subsidiary accounting teams, promoting best practices and adherence to corporate standards.
• Monitor holding-level cash flow and working capital, ensuring timely and complete financial data from subsidiaries.
• Identify and recommend process improvements, automation and system enhancements to increase accounting efficiency.
• Provide reliable financial and accounting data to senior leadership for operational planning and strategic decision-making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, audit or corporate finance, preferably within multi-entity or holding-company structures.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS and US GAAP), reconciliations, consolidations and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience managing AP/AR processes and month-end close across multiple entities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English.
