Senior AEM Backend Developer – Remote

About the role

As a Senior AEM Backend Developer you will design, develop and implement high‑performance content‑management solutions for global users. You will work remotely within a close‑knit LATAM team, leveraging deep expertise in Java, OSGi and the Adobe Experience Manager stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build custom OSGi bundles, Sling Models, Sling Servlets and workflow components.
• Create and maintain AEM content structures using JCR/Oak, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments and DAM integrations.
• Develop and optimise HTL (Sightly) templates and front‑end components.
• Integrate backend services and APIs to support seamless digital experiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure scalability, performance and quality.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience developing on the AEM platform.
• Strong background in Java and OSGi architecture.
• Proven ability to design scalable backend components and integrations.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, autonomous work style.
