Senior Market Strategy & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Senior Market Strategy & Partnerships Manager in São Paulo. The Business Development team connects the best live entertainment experiences with large audiences and builds long-term partnerships with brands, creators, producers, agencies and cultural leaders. The role combines strategic thinking and problem solving across marketing, pricing, operations and financing, working closely with Marketing, Category Management, Partner Support, Operations, Tech, Product and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with major producers, creators, venues and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry
• Develop and deliver a growth strategy for the market, scaling Fever's presence in the region
• Manage commercial strategy with large partners to create value for both sides
• Balance and grow a large client base
• Deliver partner growth across Brazil and internationally with cross-functional stakeholders
• Stay up to date with new and trending entertainment experiences

Required profile

• At least 3+ years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years in relevant sectors such as corporate management, tech, sports, music or arts
• Proven sales success in a fast-paced, quota-carrying role
• Strong business development and partnership management skills
• Self-starter able to work in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment
• Data-driven approach to business and task prioritization
• Excellent written and verbal English and Portuguese, with attention to detail
• Knowledge of local entertainment, events and lifestyle trends; event and entertainment experience is a plus
