Senior Recruiter – Remote (Brazil)

About the role

Kelly is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for its clients in Brazil. The role is fully remote and focuses on high‑volume recruitment for manufacturing and production positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple KellyOCG clients across various business lines.
• Drive high‑volume hiring for manufacturing and production roles while balancing speed, quality and candidate experience.
• Manage a complex requisition load, prioritize effectively and meet hiring targets and timelines.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract passive talent.
• Act as a strategic partner to client stakeholders, providing market insights and advising on hiring strategies.
• Facilitate structured interview processes, ensuring fairness and timely decisions.
• Use recruiting metrics and data to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
• Deliver a consistent candidate experience that reflects Kelly’s employer value proposition.

Required profile

• Proven recruiting experience supporting manufacturing and production functions.
• Experience in RPO environments is a plus.
• Ability to work in a data‑driven environment and meet scorecard targets.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Required skills

• Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
