About the role

As a Software Engineer on BCG’s X Delivery team, you will bridge technology and strategy, working closely with consulting teams on high‑impact, international projects. Based in Brazil, you will contribute to the development of innovative software solutions that accelerate project delivery for BCG’s Consulting and BCG X practices.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with global consulting teams to design, develop, and deploy software components for client‑facing projects.
• Apply software development best practices to ensure high quality, scalability, and maintainability of code.
• Provide technical insights that help shape project road‑maps and accelerate execution.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
• Adapt to diverse project requirements across multiple industries and practice areas.
