Staff Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a 100% remote Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering Team – the engine behind Quorum’s AI strategy. This role involves building advanced AI solutions that help organizations navigate the legislative landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of features that impact thousands of clients.
• Bridge complex datasets with intuitive user experiences, leveraging AI to automate administrative tasks.
• Architect and maintain a unified codebase ensuring reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Ship code to production quickly, working across infrastructure, APIs, and UI.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience building software for end‑users.
• Deep mastery of backend development with Python/Django and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Passionate about AI and designing systems that solve real‑world problems.
• Owner mentality with strong mentorship and code‑review practices.
