Strategic Customer Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Customer Solutions Consultant to act as a trusted advisor for leading pharmaceutical, biotech and research organisations in Brazil. Working remotely, you will help customers maximise the value of an advanced oncology intelligence platform by delivering tailored demonstrations, uncovering hidden needs and translating scientific insights into actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑touch, consultative engagements with enterprise clients focused on oncology intelligence.
• Design and deliver customized product demos aligned with customer workflows and scientific priorities.
• Identify and develop use cases, turning unarticulated needs into concrete solutions.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between customers and internal AI, product and engineering teams, feeding insights into the product roadmap.
• Support enterprise growth by contributing to solution design, expansion opportunities and late‑stage commercial discussions.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on pre‑sales activities, proposal development and stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the oncology landscape, including clinical trials, regulatory changes and scientific advances.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in oncology, pharma or life sciences (clinical research, medical affairs, scientific consulting, etc.).
• Proven ability to engage credibly with PhD‑level scientists, clinicians and medical affairs professionals.
• Strong consultative mindset with commercial acumen.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, contractor‑based setting.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, actionable insights.
