Technical Product Manager – Data & AI for Creative Engine

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the Creative Engine – a data‑first product that turns creative strategy into a queryable system. The role sits at the intersection of creative, performance and engineering, and is remote‑based in Brazil while working US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Creative Engine, translating creative strategy into a data‑driven product.
• Define and structure insights with strategists, turning fuzzy questions into queryable outputs.
• Partner with engineering to shape data models, pipelines and APIs across TikTok, Meta, TikTok Shop, LIVE and the internal creator portal.
• Design the “brain” that combines viral references, top‑performing ads and creator history into on‑demand inspiration.
• Specify access methods – dashboards, tag browsers, Slack, Cowork and web portal – for internal teams and later clients.
• Streamline UGC production workflows and run structured creative tests to feed learnings back into the engine.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management or technical product roles linking creative and engineering.
• Deep understanding of performance creative, UGC and what makes ads succeed.
• Proven ability to translate qualitative requirements into clear specs, data models and roadmaps.
• Comfortable discussing schemas, pipelines and APIs with engineers.
• High ownership, low ego and ability to thrive in a small, async remote team.

Required skills

• SQL.
• Experience with LLM‑powered tools such as Claude Code and Cowork.
• API integration experience with TikTok and Meta advertising platforms.
• Data modeling and pipeline design.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted creative testing and iteration.
