Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role

This role owns the Trade Marketing strategy in Brazil, contributing to market plans, in-store experience and key performance reports. It leads the execution of marketing deliverables, performs data analytics, designs customer experience journeys, ensures legal compliance, adapts content and heads moderate to high complexity projects supporting operational and strategic plans.

Key responsibilities

• Create and own the end-to-end in-store go-to-market strategy
• Align Sales, Marketing, Category and retailer needs
• Lead, negotiate and audit Trade Marketing agency services
• Ensure the Extended Sales Force productivity and optimized coverage in Tier 1 and 2 stores
• Design the shopper decision journey and define the commercial and communication strategy
• Lead brand consistency and leadership across all in-store touchpoints and at the point of sale
• Enable retail sales force performance through product and storytelling training, including playbooks and tools
• Track business KPIs and manage Trade Marketing investments to maximize ROI

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline, or commensurate experience
• Typically 4-7 years of experience, preferably in segment marketing, trade marketing or a related field; an advanced degree with 3-5 years of experience is also acceptable
• Preferred certifications listed as NA
