VIP Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking a VIP Relationship Manager to act as the main point of contact for KAST’s most valuable customers. In this role you will deliver exceptional service, tailor support, and create exclusive experiences that strengthen loyalty and drive product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted relationships with VIP customers and key accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
• Proactively engage clients to gather feedback, understand needs, and improve retention.
• Plan and coordinate exclusive events, meet‑ups, and experiences for VIP clients and partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams to address client issues and enhance the overall experience.
• Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and increase product adoption.
• Monitor client sentiment, track key account metrics, and maintain relationship health across the VIP portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in VIP relationship management, customer success, account management, private banking, wealth management, or luxury hospitality.
• Background in fintech, crypto, payments, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building trust with high‑value clients.
• Experience managing a portfolio of premium or strategic accounts.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
