VP of Growth (Emailable)

About the role

Emailable is an email verification and deliverability platform used by more than 200,000 businesses worldwide. It is hiring a VP of Growth to help take the company from product-market fit to a fully scaled, reliable and operationally elite organization. The role builds a self-compounding revenue machine focused on acquisition, activation, retention and expansion, without a large sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own acquisition: SEO, content, ads, paid channels, landing pages, funnels, CRO, affiliates and strategic partnerships
• Drive trial-to-paid conversion, onboarding, email and in-app lifecycle flows, and first value/time-to-value
• Forecast revenue, model CAC, LTV and payback, score leads, and set pricing, packaging and bundles
• Improve churn, create expansion and upsell paths, and support CS with retention insights
• Run growth sprints and experiments, manage the analytics stack and dashboards, and oversee freelancers and agencies for SEO, ads and content

Required profile

• 4-7+ years in SaaS growth, revenue or marketing roles
• Deep experience across PLG, funnels, onboarding and lifecycle
• Experience running growth sprints and experimentation frameworks
• Ability to model CAC, LTV, churn and payback, and to work cross-functionally with Product, CS and Engineering
• Nice to have: API-first or infrastructure SaaS, GDPR/SOC2, support operations background, and experience with global teams (LATAM, EU, Asia)
