About the role
The A&H Business Development Manager will drive growth of AIG's Accident & Health portfolio in Brazil, building a robust pipeline and managing sponsor relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure a consistent sponsor approach across the Brazil A&H portfolio and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage DDM tools and report data for global and regional teams.
- Develop budgets, control expenses, and monitor business performance and sponsor campaigns.
- Identify opportunities, create solutions for partners and customers, and use data insights for decision‑making.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Product experience in personal insurance (A&H products) with P&L responsibility.
- Knowledge of DDM tools such as TARP/ARP.
- Experience in affinity insurance market, B2B negotiations, and partnership metrics.
- Fluent English; Spanish desirable.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Experience with DDM tools and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
