Manager, Sales Engineering

About the role

Mastercard Identity is the global standard for identity verification and behavioral assessment. As a Manager, Sales Engineering you will lead technical pre‑sales activities in Brazil, helping prospects understand and adopt our machine‑learning‑driven identity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to win deals and drive the sales cycle to closure in Brazil.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for the Mastercard Identity product suite, delivering technical presentations and proof‑of‑value tests.
• Provide training, documentation, and onboarding support to customers.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to the Product team to influence the roadmap.
• Represent Mastercard Identity at conferences, webinars, and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in fraud or payments.
• Strong understanding of data‑science concepts, machine‑learning models and probability‑based decisioning.
• Ability to translate technical features into business value for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English; Spanish skills strongly desired.
