Account Manager – LATAM B2B iGaming

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for an energetic Account Manager to lead its B2B operator portfolio across Latin America. You will act as the main point of contact for senior operator stakeholders, driving growth and ensuring seamless service delivery throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of B2B operator accounts in the LATAM market.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Design and execute promotional activities tailored to local market needs.
• Lead commercial negotiations to maximise account value and portfolio growth.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement areas and propose strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with product and technical teams to guarantee smooth delivery and rapid issue resolution.
• Travel frequently across LATAM to meet operators, attend industry events and support on‑ground commercial activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales or a related commercial role within IT or iGaming.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in the iGaming sector; knowledge of LATAM markets is highly preferred.
• Native‑level Brazilian Portuguese and professional‑level English (written and spoken); Spanish is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
