Accountant (Remote, Full‑time)

About the role

Foundey is seeking a full‑time remote Accountant to manage daily financial operations for its growing portfolio of SaaS, AI and tech startup clients. You will ensure accurate bookkeeping, compliance and reporting while supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial statements.
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations and reconcile accounts.
• Oversee payroll processing.
• Support internal and external financial audits.
• Collaborate with design, product and technology teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting, bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• CRC certification is mandatory.
• Knowledge of tax compliance, budgeting and audit processes.
• Experience with accounting software and financial management tools.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Full English fluency.
