SAP FI Consultant – Finance Transformation

About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking an experienced SAP FI Consultant to join its finance transformation team in Sao Paulo. You will work closely with finance, controlling, treasury, tax and shared services teams to design and implement end‑to‑end financial processes within SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current finance and accounting processes and gather business requirements.
• Conduct workshops with Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Tax and Shared Service Center teams.
• Recommend SAP best practices and perform fit‑gap analysis against SAP standard functionalities.
• Design and configure organizational structures such as Company Codes, Business Areas, Profit Centers, Segments and Credit Control Areas.
• Configure and optimise General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cash Management and Electronic Bank Statements.
• Support financial closing, reporting and SAP Record‑to‑Report (R2R) processes.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of SAP FI consulting experience, with at least two full‑lifecycle implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong background in global, complex SAP transformation projects and AMS support.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, design business processes and define solutions.
• Knowledge of Brazil localization, tax reform and SAP Record‑to‑Report.
• SAP FI and/or SAP S/4HANA certifications are a strong advantage.
