Advogado Pleno – Remote Legal Role

About the role

This fully remote position is for a mid‑level lawyer (Advogado Pleno) who will join a fast‑paced, technology‑driven company operating in mobility and logistics. You will act as the primary internal legal reference, supporting day‑to‑day matters and strategic compliance across product, technology and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data‑privacy initiatives and ensure LGPD compliance, including governance and ongoing monitoring.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements and supplier contracts.
• Develop and maintain digital legal policies such as privacy policies and terms of use for platforms and applications.
• Provide legal guidance on product development, assessing regulatory and contractual risks of new features.
• Conduct compliance analyses of clients and operational partners to mitigate regulatory risk.
• Manage litigation and administrative matters, coordinating external counsel when needed.

Required profile

• Law degree with active OAB registration in Brazil.
• Solid experience in digital law, contracts and data‑privacy (LGPD), preferably in a tech environment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple demands and improve legal workflows.
• Familiarity with SaaS or technology‑focused businesses and ability to translate legal complexity into clear business guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical thinking.
