Advogado(a) Contencioso Trabalhista – São Caetano do Sul

About the role

This position is based in São Caetano do Sul, Brazil, with a hybrid schedule (three days onsite per week). The lawyer will lead the strategic and operational management of individual and collective labor lawsuits, working closely with external law firms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of individual and collective labor cases throughout all phases.
• Define and monitor procedural and settlement strategies in line with internal policies.
• Coordinate and supervise external law firms to ensure technical quality, deadlines, and strategic alignment.
• Analyze and review labor provisions to guarantee financial governance and predictability.
• Negotiate judicial settlements to reduce liabilities and generate cost savings.
• Prepare management reports and executive presentations on risks, contingencies, and portfolio status.
• Collaborate with HR, Labor Relations, Finance, Production, and Occupational Medicine teams.

Required profile

• Law degree with an active OAB registration.
• Proven experience in labor litigation, preferably in a corporate environment handling high volumes.
• Strong analytical abilities, organized work style, and clear communication with non‑legal departments.
