About the role

We are looking for a motivated Travel Agent to join our CVC Viagens unit located in Colombo Park Shopping. The role involves assisting customers with both national and international travel arrangements, providing personalized itinerary planning, and delivering exceptional in‑person and digital support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations for domestic and overseas trips.
• Design customized itineraries that match client needs.
• Provide high‑quality customer service through face‑to‑face interactions and digital channels.
• Promote and sell travel packages, aiming to attract new customers.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and sales transactions.

Required profile

• Previous experience handling travel reservations and itinerary planning.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Sales experience in tourism is a plus.
