Agentic Software Engineer (OpenAI Codex) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer specialized in OpenAI Codex to join remote, project‑based teams serving U.S. clients. You will work directly with client designers and engineers, using AI‑driven development to deliver production‑ready software across the full stack.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Use OpenAI Codex as the primary development environment to generate and coordinate code across large, multi‑file systems.
• Design and implement AI‑first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Maintain architectural oversight, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous integration of applications.
• Apply disciplined human‑in‑the‑loop review and risk‑adjusted validation for safety‑critical flows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed four‑year college degree.
• Deep experience using OpenAI Codex to generate the majority of implementation code.
• Strong context‑engineering skills for structuring specifications and documentation.
• Proven ability to translate complex product requirements into AI‑friendly specifications.
