Senior Specialist, Implementation

About the role

In a customer‑facing environment, you will lead processing implementation projects of both technical and non‑technical nature, delivering standard and complex activities while ensuring quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end project execution throughout processing implementation projects.
• Assess and document customer needs and define appropriate implementation activities.
• Drive electronic payments processing projects following Mastercard’s global coordination methodology.
• Guide customers through applicable Mastercard processing rules, specifications and documentation.
• Identify and obtain required implementation support documentation such as contracts and agreements.
• Manage multiple customer processing implementation projects in parallel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of IT system knowledge with understanding of network technology, applications and project management.
• Strong knowledge of payment transaction processing and industry business principles.
• Good understanding of Mastercard’s payment processing systems, formats and customer host interface testing services.
• Familiarity with the four‑party model and full transaction lifecycle for Mastercard brands.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in matrixed, cross‑functional teams.
