Agronomic Data and Process Assistant

About the role

Lallemand Plant Care Brazil is seeking an organized, proactive professional to support the Field Solutions team. The role combines administrative, operational, and technical assistance to ensure smooth data management and product handling.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and manage contracts and partner invoices.
• Update and maintain data in SharePoint.
• Enter and submit evaluations using analysis tools.
• Provide user support for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Hub Field Solutions, and Syslaudo platforms.
• Prepare samples and products for shipping, request invoices, schedule pickups, and track shipments.
• Manage product inventory for tests and analyses.
• Assist the team with general operational needs.

Required profile

• Availability to work onsite in Brazil.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Commitment to team objectives.
• Intermediate level of English.
