AI Prompting & Automation Executive (Onboarding)

About the role

Darwin AI is looking for an Onboarding Executive to join its Operations team. The role suits someone who enjoys starting client relationships, turning requirements into functional AI assistants and making sure new customers get a smooth, successful launch. You will be part of the first phase of the customer journey, helping clients see the value of Darwin AI from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out the onboarding of new client accounts, collecting and configuring the information needed for a successful launch.
• Run kick-off meetings with clients to align expectations, gather requirements and explain the onboarding journey.
• Build and configure AI assistants using internal tools, based on client needs and business logic.
• Work with Sales, Customer Support and Product teams so the handoff is seamless and the client experience is consistent.
• Keep clients informed by WhatsApp, following up regularly to resolve blockers.
• Deliver the first version of the AI quickly and make sure it meets quality standards before going live.
• Monitor onboarding timelines so accounts are launched within the SLA and not flagged as churn risks.
• Give initial training and resources so clients can test and understand their AI agent.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Customer Experience, Onboarding or Technical Support roles.
• Ability to analyse client needs and turn them into technical configurations.
• Experience creating and managing JSONs and understanding structured logic flows.
• Strong organisational skills to handle several onboarding projects at once.
• Team player who collaborates across departments and adapts to dynamic environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a proactive, client-first attitude.
